Brand Ambassador Karly Komoroske from Blush Bridal Couture in Tustin, California talks us through some perfect pairings of accessories and 2021 ÉLYSÉE gowns. See something you like? "Hello, hello! Karly here, and today we will be checking out some very gorgeous accessories that are paired with some 2021 ÉLYSÉE dresses. Let’s see what we got!"

"First up from ÉLYSÉE, we've got the gorgeous AIRELLES, and on its own, this dress is just really a classic, simple, beautiful style. There’s just a really beautiful simplicity to it. It’s very romantic. I absolutely adore the lace on the sleeves. It just has that kind of floating lace illusion, because it’s on that sheer material. Obviously the back is super sensual, super open, so romantic. I absolutely love those side cutouts as well, they just give great body contouring. It’s a great way to give more of an illusion hourglass, if you’re not rocking a full hourglass. Overall, this dress by itself is an A+, but let’s see what we can add to it to up the ante."

"Now when we switch up the look with the DELPHINE SKIRT, obviously you can tell this is a complete 180 in style. This looks like a completely different dress. Wholeheartedly with the skirt added, I love this layered, ruffled, crinkled tulle effect. This has such a French couture vibe to it, which you know this whole collection is super French. So it just adds that very couture element. This is so Moulin Rouge. I love how it’s open in the front so you can really see the full dress, but it just adds this very playful, fun, sassy element that you just don’t get with the dress on its own. So, this is the DELPHINE SKIRT. I am loving the element that she’s adding to this dress. It just really ups the ante. We’re zhuzhing it up! Where’s Ewan McGregor? Okay? This is full Moulin Rouge!"

"And next up, we have the gorgeous MAXIMILIENNE. And now this dress already has such a unique flair to it. You’ve got embroidered lace, you’ve got Chantilly lace, you’ve got organza, you’ve got Mikado, tulle, you’ve got layers. There’s just a lot of texture to this dress. Obviously not every bride is looking for strapless, so let’s see what we can add to it to change up the look. Another thing with adding something to a strapless -- I love the idea that it can be removable and that it doesn’t have to just be on the dress at all times. You can wear something for the ceremony then switch it up for the reception, so there’s just a duality with that that’s really fun. This dress on its own is such a great stand-alone. It’s dramatic, it’s got a very classic traditional vibe to it, but there is just an element of it being modern and updated, so let’s just see what adding a little something extra to it can do to the overall look of the dress."

"Okay, so now we have MAXIMILIENNE, but with the EMILIE SLEEVES. And sleeves is a little bit misleading just in the sense that this obviously isn’t a sleeve -- it’s actually kind of an inner piece that goes on like a backwards jacket. It gets tucked into the dress itself. This is flawless together. You wear this on your wedding day, and not one person has any idea that this dress did not come with these straps attached. And what I love about that is that it does change the look so drastically that if you were to wear the sleeves for the ceremony and then take them off for the reception, it really makes it look like a different dress. Especially a dress like this that has such a kind of sassy couture vibe to it, it’s just super classic and a little bit over the top in its simplicity, but there’s a sassiness with the layers and the tulle. When you add the sleeves to it, it just softens it, and it looks so romantic which I really like for the ceremony too. That’s the romantic part of the day! So, to be able to soften the look for that portion, and then remove it, the whole look of the dress changes. I love how it creates this kind of off-the-shoulder illusion, but it’s still really secure. You can’t even see the illusion mesh on the top of this piece, it blends so flawlessly with her skin, but there is illusion mesh there. Can you believe? This is absolutely stunning together, one of my favorite pieces that we’ve seen today of everything. I absolutely love how flawless this is."

"Alright, here is ANASTASIE, and we are only looking at the back for this one, you will see why in a moment. But check out that open back detail. It is just so beautiful, I love this tulle dreamy skirt. So gorgeous, very clean, very simple, very dramatic from the back itself. The train isn’t so dramatic; let’s see what we could do to make the train have a lil' more 'wow.' BOOM. I mean, what a difference this veil makes to the back of this dress."

"This is the DÉSIRÉE VEIL and she is a lil' spicy, okay? The dress itself for ANASTASIE is: the back has that really plunging backline that makes it very dramatic, but the train itself is a little bit more simple, little bit more clean. This veil ups the ante. It just takes this dress to a whole 'nother level. It adds so much drama, there’s a lot of intricate detail on it. Let’s take a closer look at that. But this just really goes to show that you can have a dress that has a little bit more of a simple back and really change the look with your accessories, with your veil, with other elements like that. And the beauty of that is when you go to bustle your dress, when you go to party, you get to take off all that extra stuff, and you can just relax in your light dress that is easy to move in. So this is a great way to add a lot of drama, a lot of wow factor, some length. If you’re getting married in a big space and you’re afraid that your train's not going to really fill up the space, get a long veil. That’ll really add to the weight of your dress in the sense that it’ll take up a little bit more room and add that drama. So these two paired together are a dream. It’s like wine and cheese. Or like, cheese and pretty much anything. Okay, cheese goes with everything. But these are beautiful together, I love it."

"Moving onto ÉTOILE, we have the gorgeous ESMÉE. And this dress is just a dainty, romantic little beauty. Am I right? I’m right. I mean, the sparkly floral lace, the tulle skirt, the scalloped neckline. This dress has just got such an ethereal, soft, romantic look to it. It’s very traditional in its own way, so we are going to add the accessory to this. We are going to rock this dress’s world, we are going to see what we can do to change it up."

"Okay, so this is ESMÉE with the HIPPOLYTA SLEEVES, and it’s giving me life. This is everything that I could have ever... I mean, I’m biased. This is completely my style. I am so in love with how the front of these sleeves add the off-the-shoulder lace detail that looks like it’s just kind of floating, and then we have these incredibly long tulle sleeves that are just flowy and bohemian and so romantic. This is such a great way to add a little bit of extra something and flair in lieu of maybe doing a veil. This would be something you could sub out for a veil. I absolutely love the dreaminess of this look, this could be very bohemian. I venture to say this is pretty much a bohemian look. But, there is just such an ethereal, soft, romantic, dreamy element to these sleeves. I am in love. They have those open slips in the front so you have full mobility. It just really ups the ante, changes it up without making it ridiculous. It still looks super romantic, super soft. This complements this dress perfectly. HIPPOLYTA SLEEVES for president 2020. In love. I’m done. Drops mic. Okay but not really, there’s more dresses."

"All right, and here we have EVANGELINE, and this dress is so romantic. I am in love with these off-the-shoulder tulle straps. This is so on trend with what we’re seeing right now that’s really sought-after, what’s really in style. It’s romantic, it’s soft. The dress is a little bit sexy. You have that ruched butt, I mean, pretty much every single element of this dress is completely on point. That lace placement?! Hello! I love the back, the buttons. 10 out of 10, in every way you can possibly imagine. What can we possibly add to this dress to make it any better? Let’s see! ...Okay, I misspoke. Because I really thought that this dress could not get any better."

"And this is the SABINE VEIL, and wow. The dimension, the texture, the grandiosity that it adds, I don’t know if that’s a real word, but you know what I’m saying. This really makes this dress. It was already a dramatic, beautiful, dream of a dress. This just really takes it to another level. It really just ups the ante in every way, shape or form. The lace on this veil. The drama. It just adds such an element of romantic meets formal, traditional dreaminess. Again, with the longer veil, this is a great way to 'zhuzh' up a look. Especially this dress, it doesn’t have too short of a train, it’s not super, super short but wow, adding this long veil just really takes the dress to a whole 'nother level, it takes the whole style to a whole different place. And, what better way to have a more grand look? It’s for your ceremony, it’s for that part of when you reveal yourself. So having the veil be a really dramatic element, I just love that idea. And already ÉLYSÉE has such beautiful trains, which is great, because when you take the veil off, it’s not too simple, it’s not too plain, it’s not too underwhelming. But this is a way to really make it overwhelming in a good way -- there is a way to be overwhelming in a good way and the SABINE VEIL, she does that."

"Okay, and now we have FLEUR. And she is just a gorgeous little romantic beauty. She’s traditional, but I love how the skirt just has those bigger appliques onto the tulle, just kind of spaced out. The top is a little more condensed. She is just very romantic. She is very beautiful. So we are going to add a veil to this beauty and see how we can kind of change up the look, the whole vibe... Let’s see what we got."

"Okay, so as good as all the ÉLYSÉE veils have been, you were not expecting this. Am I right? I mean, this is next level drama. This is so over-the-top. This elevates this dress to a completely 'nother next level. This dress is on another planet with this veil. Now this veil has a very hard to pronounce French name. So this is the COEUR VEIL... So this veil is romance, personified. This is one of the most dramatic veils that I have ever seen, and that is saying quite a bit for somebody that’s been in the industry for ten years now. This veil just really adds such a dynamic, romantic, extreme element. This veil would work with so many dresses but especially just something like this that has kind of a cleaner, more simple bottom. What a way to really elevate this dress to another level and really just make it pop so much. There is so much drama, there is so much romance. Very couture, very traditional, very classic, so many elements. I am loving everything about this dress with this veil... One thing I also just want to mention is that coeur means 'heart' in French! Isn’t that so lovely? Because this veil is definitely the heart of this whole look. When you see everything paired together, wow, this is the heartbeat."

"Okay, I’m going to say it. This is kind of the grand finale. This is ÉLYSÉE ATELIER [collection], and this is the KOH-I-NOOR. And this dress, by herself, is a whole mood. We have the long sleeves, we have the lace, we have the neckline, we have the fit, the cutouts. I love the lining on this dress. It just makes the lace pop so much. This dress is grade A, prime bridal perfection. Now, there are a few accessories that we are going to add to this dress. If you can even believe that she can get more beautiful, more over-the-top, more couture-insanely-gorgeous. Just hold up. Just hold up right now, because I’m going to show you a couple different looks of this dress that really just elevate her to the next level.

So let’s see KOH-I-NOOR with some accessories. And if you thought the front of KOH-I-NOOR, by itself, was beautiful, check out this back. The intricacy, the detail. I mean, can you imagine the thought, the art, the work that goes into creating a dress with this much detail... It’s really mind-blowing how much intricate detail work has to go into all this lace placement, and everything about it is just so beautiful. I am absolutely in love with the detail on this back. And if you can believe, we do have an accessory that’s going to pair with the front, and you’ll notice it in the back as well, we will check that out along with a skirt with this dress. But I mean, this dress is a 10 out of 10 in every single way before you add a darn thing. So, not really sure how we can make this any better, but we are going to try. Let’s see what we got."

"Okay, come on, if you are a bride vibing on this open skirt/overskirt/open-front look, that is definitely trending right now. It’s so beautiful, it’s so classic, it’s so sophisticated. Wow, this dress paired with this open front skirt is just... It leaves nothing to be desired. Truly. There’s so much drama. There is such an element of sophistication and class. And, ÉLYSÉE is based off of a lot of French inspiration, and this dress just completely embodies that to me. I love the couture element of the open-front skirt. It is layers upon layers upon layers of a -- not just tulle -- but a nice sturdy fabric that really just has this very ethereal element to it, and the lace placement on the skirt itself is incredible. This is just a great way to achieve that A-line look, if you want something a little bit fuller for your ceremony and then want to be able to take it off for the reception, do something a little bit lighter. Wow, what a way to really jazz up your whole look for one portion of the evening and then be able to take it off! I love that. I love being able to have that transitional look where you can switch it up. Wow, this skirt, this open-front skirt paired with KOH-I-NOOR is A+, incredible. We still have another trick up our sleeve though."

"Okay, so you know the phase, if it’s too good to be true, it probably is? That is not the case with this look. We have the overskirt which is open-front, and it matches perfectly with the dress. It just adds an additional element of making it more dramatic and making it kind of an A-line look if that’s what you’re going for with the ceremony. But this additional piece that we’ve added is called a COLLIER, and that is French for...basically a collar. So this is a neckpiece that goes around the front. It snaps in the back... It is seamless with the back, and paired together, all three of these pieces really just create such a couture look. Overall, the whole look of this is what bridal dreams are made of. If you are a bride that is looking for something a little bit more dramatic... I love that traditional look with a more modern take, and that is what this is. In general, ÉLYSÉE ATELIER has that vibe all over, but the KOH-I-NOOR dress just already by itself is so flawless, but by adding this open-front overskirt, this COLLIER... It just elevates this look to a completely different level. This is for the bride that is looking for something really out there as far as drama, but still makes it about you and not overtaking the bride. Right? You want to wear the piece, you want to wear the dress, you want to wear the accessories, you don’t want them to wear you. So that is what this look is all about. You still shine in this, it’s still all about you. But oh my goodness, paired all together, this is so beautiful, and it is so extravagant in its own, way but you are still the star of the show. I am in love with all of this, this is ultimate bridal perfection."
